Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Communications Product Owner, you will take complete ownership of our digital communications technology and services. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance our Remote Delivery and Digital operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members. You will act as the advocate for our users, ensuring that product enhancements prioritize their needs.

• Oversee the management of our digital engagement solutions, including Phone, Video, Chat, and Text.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and product support, while ensuring effective feature updates and technology recommendations.
• Align new product developments and improvements with organizational objectives and member requirements.
• Recommend potential product enhancements and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including agile backlogs and testing documentation.
• Utilize data and industry insights to track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Financial Institution or Financial Technology.
• Experience in roles such as Digital Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Familiarity with managing enterprise Phone Systems, Chat Solutions, Video Teller solutions, or SaaS Banking solutions is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to foster effective collaboration.
