Job Overview

We are a progressive organization in search of a dedicated Help Desk Analyst II to enhance our team. In this remote role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, playing a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of their network environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding technical assistance, both on-site and remotely, to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Proactively manage, document, and test client network environments to optimize performance and prevent potential problems.
  • Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including WLAN and mobile device challenges.
  • Oversee software and hardware management, executing upgrades and addressing any software-related concerns.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client environments and ensure accurate timecard submissions.
  • Collaborate with project leads to facilitate successful project deployments.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in basic network troubleshooting and administration.
  • Knowledgeable in WLAN deployments, mobile technologies, software upgrades, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of essential protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and ActiveSync.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities alongside strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Proven success in collaborative environments with strong teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

  • A relevant certification or degree in IT or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role is advantageous.
