We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Customer Success to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for both current and future construction projects, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Execute regular safety inspections and audits at job sites, prioritizing high-risk activities.
  • Develop and implement accessible safety policies to ensure adherence to legal standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on health and safety procedures, ensuring staff proficiency through effective assessments.
  • Oversee health and safety initiatives, including training programs and emergency response procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to create site-specific safety plans, addressing unique project needs.
  • Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies, managing compliance logs and facilitating audits.
  • Cultivate a positive health and safety culture across all job sites, striving for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Assist in project planning by integrating safety policies and procedures during pre-planning stages.

Required Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of CAL/OSHA construction safety orders or related regulations.
