• Collaborate with project teams to create site-specific safety plans, addressing unique project needs.
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies, managing compliance logs and facilitating audits.
• Cultivate a positive health and safety culture across all job sites, striving for continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, providing actionable insights to management.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from \(140,000 to \)185,000 USD, particularly for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
