Position Summary

Assist prospective members via phone, chat and/or email. Telesales agents will help prospects navigate through our website as well as answer questions regarding Medicare eligibility and benefits. Guide prospects on how to self enroll. Complete enrollments via phone for those who are unable to do so online.

Required Qualifications

High level of comfort with online/website navigation.

Valid license to sell healthcare plans.

Minimum of 2 years selling Medicare plans in a telesales environment.

Ability to pass AHIP exam on an annual basis in addition to required carrier certifications.

Adhere to all CMS compliance regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Education

High School Diploma.

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$15.00 - $24.23

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
