Stafi is an offshore staffing agency, specializing in providing high-quality staffing solutions to law firms. Our team is expanding, and we’re seeking a seasoned Marketing and Sales Strategist to lead the growth strategies of our law firm clients, helping them achieve their business development goals.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales professional with a proven track record of driving growth for law firms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, as well as managing the sales process to increase client engagement, leads, and revenue. You will work closely with our law firm clients to help them craft and implement strategies that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies for law firm clients.
Collaborate with law firms to understand their unique needs and develop tailored growth plans.
Identify new business opportunities for law firms, focusing on lead generation and client acquisition.
Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and event-driven strategies.
Develop client-focused sales presentations and materials to drive engagement and close deals.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve marketing and sales initiatives.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth execution and delivery of strategies.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and sales campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing and sales, specifically within the legal industry.
Strong understanding of law firm operations and growth challenges.
Ability to develop and implement successful growth strategies for law firms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt strategies based on performance data.
