The Role


As the Marketing Manager at Envitia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and industry standing. Focused on driving strategic and tactical marketing initiatives, you will support revenue generation across our core sectors: Defence, National Security, and Central Government.


This dynamic role involves overseeing digital platforms, amplifying Envitia’s industry presence, and leading impactful public relations campaigns. You will position Envitia as a leader in AI, Machine Learning, and data transformation, ensuring our brand resonates with customers, stakeholders, and top talent.

Job Responsibilities 


As the Marketing Manager at Envitia, your responsibilities will include:


Driving Growth through Strategic and Tactical Marketing

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support revenue growth across Defence, National Security, and Central Government sectors.
  • Enhance the Probability of Winning (P-Win) for high-value sales opportunities and ensure a sustained pipeline of prospects.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track the impact of marketing efforts on sales and deliver quarterly performance reports.


Enhancing Envitia’s Brand Positioning

  • Elevate Envitia’s profile as a leading provider of data services and a key player in the AI and Machine Learning space.
  • Strengthen the company’s digital presence by managing and optimising the website with regular user experience audits and analytics.
  • Oversee engaging social media campaigns aligned with strategic goals, tracking performance to maximise impact.


Leading Public Relations Campaigns

  • Design and execute deliberate PR strategies with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive credibility and visibility by targeting key industry stakeholders through impactful media coverage.
  • Track and report on PR effectiveness using metrics such as media placements, audience reach, and sentiment analysis.


Skills Required 


  • Experience in a marketing management or executive role within a technology / digital consultancy.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful public relations campaigns.
  • Experience of both tactical and strategic marketing to support sales opportunities.
  • Creativity to develop engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing analytics and tools to drive marketing decisions.
  • Good understanding of website management and marketing.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad-words campaigns.
  • Natural team player, able to work collaboratively across different departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.



Security Clearance Requirements


The successful candidate must be eligible to go through a SC level security clearance.  


Location


The role will be required onsite in our Horsham offices no more than 1 day a week and travel to customer sites when required.
