We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Expert to join our dynamic team specializing in headhunting services. We seek an individual to take charge of identifying and developing potential client leads, utilizing diverse strategies to drive the growth of our Headhunting business. This position requires a proactive approach to generating qualified leads and a deep understanding of the headhunting and recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Identify Leads

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in need of headhunting services.
  • Utilize a variety of sources such as LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and industry-specific databases.

Lead Qualification

  • Assess and qualify leads to ensure they fit the target client profile
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and statuses of various leads in a CRM system

Outreach and Engagement

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with potential clients via email and social media
  • Craft compelling messages and communication plans to engage prospective clients

Relationship Building

  • Foster and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Provide ongoing support and information to leads to nurture their interest in our services.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals.
  • Provide insights and feedback to refine and improve lead generation strategies.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
  • Use data to optimize strategies and achieve set targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in lead generation, preferably within the recruitment or headhunting industry. A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and industry dynamics is preferred but not required
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Instantly AI or any similar Cold Calling Software
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a keen eye for detail.
