We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Senior Residential Field Specialist. You will act as local on-site program and company representative to trade allies working in program. Conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to solve trade ally, customer and stakeholder issues resulting from energy efficiency audits and retrofits. Provides technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.  Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

• Train field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of residential energy efficiency upgrades that involve further complexity and analysis (on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into program database).

• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

• Travel throughout a defined territory with rare overnight travel.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 8+ Years of experience with relevant industry technical certification/training with a preference for HVAC/Heat Pump experience.
