FORTA’S MISSION:
Forta is clearing the path to quality healthcare by delivering the best possible outcomes with the utmost convenience. 1 in 36 children [CDC, 2023] is diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum.  Currently, autism support via Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is difficult to access and the delivery model must be expanded to provide earlier access to families.  

Forta is not only providing ABA services to our clients, but we’re also improving the future of the ABA experience for families by creating software and predictive algorithms that elevate clinicians to work smarter by surfacing the latest and most relevant case data.  We are working diligently to continuously improve the patient journey and deliver personalized care by applying smart technology and investing in the growth of our world-class team.  

Forta is hiring a Strategy Associate who is excited to help build a high growth startup. You will work on the Strategy & Operations team and be a thought partner to further our mission, impact, and growth agenda. You will be a key player that drives solutions to complex and ambiguous problems.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • You are a recent graduate from a top university; 1-4 years experience at a strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or high growth startup is a plus
  • You are excited about our mission: we are passionate about bringing medical treatments to patients faster, and think it is important you are too
  • You are a skilled researcher and communicator, able to dive into market research, synthesize data, create decks, and share your findings
  • You are incredibly curious, a self-starter, and always on the lookout for new opportunities to create impact and learn
  • You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • YOUR ROLE:
  • Solve really hard problems with clear framing, a deep understanding of the data, creative options, a clear recommendation, and prioritization conversations with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Drive and support strategic analysis and decision-making for complex, high-impact initiatives
  • Serve as main staff liaison/partner to assigned member sections and councils and their affiliated work groups and initiatives.
  • Identify and successfully engage potential external partners and stakeholders to support ongoing member strategic activities. 
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis
  • Brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run strategies that drive direct revenue impact
