Summer Internship Program

The program is a 12-week paid internship immersive experience that provides functional learning working on robust and challenging project work, Executive and Senior leadership engagement, and exposure to Danaher Business System fundamentals. The program culminates with a report-out presentation to leaders from the organization. After successful completion of the program, interns will have the opportunity to return as a full-time associate upon graduation.

This position is part of the Marketing department located in Fargo, ND and will be fully remote. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Strategy Team and report to the VP of Strategy responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives across various business units. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and identify opportunities for growth. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical skills and business acumen to real-world challenges, while gaining valuable experience in strategic planning and decision-making.

The MBA strategy associate for Aldevron is responsible for:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed reports, presentations, and financial models.
  • Support the identification and assessment of new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions. Evaluate competitive positioning and identify potential areas for differentiation
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors that may impact the business.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and annual operating plans.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or a related graduate degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience driving relevant projects

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience creating business cases and working on product management projects

The base salary is a bi-weekly rate of $4,250. This is the rate that we in good faith believe is the rate of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
