About the Role: At Angi, we're building a world-class team, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter with a strong focus on sourcing and research to drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and attracting exceptional talent across a variety of functions by leveraging deep research and strategic sourcing techniques. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Angi’s future by building a pipeline of highly qualified candidates, ensuring our hiring process is driven by data, insights, and innovative strategies. We're looking for someone based in NYC or Denver ideally, but open to remote in the US for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates across diverse functions and industries. You'll use both conventional and creative methods to discover talent others may overlook.
  • Research & Talent Mapping: Conduct detailed market research and talent mapping to understand industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent pools. You’ll gain deep insights into the talent landscape to help guide hiring decisions.
  • Build and Manage Talent Pipelines: Proactively source passive candidates and create a robust talent pipeline that meets Angi’s current and future hiring needs. You’ll use various sourcing channels, including social media, professional networks, job boards, and beyond.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates to build relationships, providing an outstanding experience from initial outreach through to the final stages of the recruitment process.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting: Leverage sourcing metrics and data to assess and improve recruitment performance, while refining outreach strategies based on market feedback and trends.
  • Collaborative Recruiting: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing goals, candidate profiles, and market insights, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Continual Innovation: Constantly evaluate new tools, platforms, and sourcing methods to ensure Angi remains at the forefront of talent acquisition.

Who You Are:

  • Research-Driven: You have a knack for deep research and an ability to uncover hidden talent through non-traditional sourcing techniques.
  • Experienced Recruiter: You bring 3-6 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally from a tech company, startup, or agency.
  • Innovative Problem-Solver: You enjoy coming up with creative solutions to source hard-to-find candidates and thrive in a competitive talent market.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: You excel at managing multiple sourcing projects and priorities, and your meticulous attention to detail ensures candidates are thoroughly vetted.
  • Data Enthusiast: You understand the value of data in recruiting and use it to drive decision-making and enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Strong Communicator: You’re a persuasive communicator who can engage with candidates at all levels, building rapport and trust through every interaction.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $90,000-$135,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
