The Role:

As a Senior Recruiter, you'll support hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds are met! The role of the Senior Recruiter is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. This will involve using various systems and tools/ processes to provide a recruitment service for a specific business unit.

This role requires someone to be onsite in Monterrey, Mexico 1 - 2 days per week.


Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll be doing:

  • You'll ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.
  • You'll lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements agreed on timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process. Where possible, include member(s) of the Client Services team in the discussion and if not, share the outcome of the discussion with them to ensure they can develop the sourcing plan and source effectively for the role.
  • An important part of this role is about building and maintaining hiring manager relationships. You'll be responsible for client satisfaction within your own business area.
  • You will be responsible for the management of candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the candidate recruitment experience until the start date.
  • Conducting telephone screens and/or technical screens using standard templates ensuring that all shortlisted candidate profiles are submitted to the hiring manager meet required quality standards.
  • Finally, you'll Manage recruitment projects alongside recruitment activities.


Skills & Experience:

What you need to have to be successful:

  • Experience with high volume recruitment preferred.
  • Experience confirming work authorizations preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines.
  • Management of recruitment activities across various markets.
  • Screening and interviewing experience is essential for this role.
  • Managing candidates through the full end-to-end recruitment process.
  • You'll have experience in using recruitment technology and recruitment databases.
  • Another must have is to manage stakeholder relationships - any inter-regional experience is a bonus.
  • Experience in influencing and persuading stakeholders to take a course of action.
