About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agency Partner Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with digital agencies, fostering mutual growth and success. You will work closely with agency partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and integrate Noibu’s solutions with their clients. Your contributions will be essential to expanding Noibu’s market presence and driving our growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the business.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and manage relationships with Noibu’s agency partners, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Implement regular meeting cadences with partners to deepen relationships and drive mutual success
  • Build and maintain a lead referral pipeline across your partner portfolio
  • Gain a deep understanding of each partner’s organizational structure and business objectives
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners to expand our partner ecosystem
  • Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives with agency partners to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding partners on how to enhance their offerings by integrating Noibu’s solutions
  • Organize and lead educational sessions (e.g., Lunch & Learns) to ensure partners are knowledgeable about Noibu’s products and services
  • Become a Noibu product expert and confidently present how our platform can benefit partners and their clients
  • Consistently exceed revenue-focused goals and contribute to the overall success of the partnerships team
  • Represent Noibu in webinars and at industry events, both virtually and in-person
  • Track and evaluate performance metrics, including Closed Won ARR, partner pipeline growth, new partner acquisitions, referrals, and event outcomes
  • Lead strategic projects, collaborating with a high-performing team to enhance partner engagement and create new enablement initiatives

  • Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of experience in partnership management, ideally within the e-commerce space
  • A demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and influence
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise-level clients is a plus
