Job description

Our client's company, dedicated to reviving the joy of cycling, was founded upon the observation that existing cycling apps frequently prioritize competitive metrics over the genuine essence of biking adventures. With a mission to shift the focus from mere numbers to embracing the freedom, laughter with friends, and exploration that define cycling's true appeal, they aim to bring back the authentic thrill and pleasure of riding experiences.

We are currently looking for the B2B Partnerships Manager who will be the part of this business.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the development of pre-sales materials and narratives to showcase our client's Products and Capabilities, effectively articulating their value proposition to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to drive initiatives that amplify our client's brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Responsible for developing and enhancing the Go-to-Market plan for Commercial Products/Capabilities, working with the Product team.
  • Act as a passionate advocate for our client, fostering collaboration across Marketing and Product teams to ensure the successful execution of our strategic plans.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our client's products, becoming a subject matter expert capable of proactively advocating for them to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive the expansion of our solutions to a wider client base in partnership with the respective sales team, leveraging insights into market dynamics and client needs.
  • Execute on the Partnership strategic vision, being the primary point of contact for a set of strategic partners and being responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Requirements

  • This is remote full-time position
  • 3+ years of working in a similar position in tech/media
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales/product roles.
  • Highly disciplined and organized approach to prioritize deliverables and execute consistently and systematically on both immediate and long-term priorities.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Dutch/French/German/Danish/Swedish is a plus.
