What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with our Recruiters to support all scheduling and administrative processes. Recruiting Coordinators are the backbone of the recruiting team, following the candidate process every step of the way. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless interview process for each candidate you work with. You are the face of Docusign and represent our company’s image to prospective employees. You provide outstanding customer service and work professionally, efficiently, and meticulously.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead, Recruiting Coordinator and is designated Remote.
Responsibility
- Schedule candidate interviews (phone, virtual and occasional onsite) by coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers in EMEA and India
- Serve as point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules, changes, and triage, using different modalities such as Slack, text, email and phone
- Maintain appropriate, timely tracking of candidates as they move through the recruiting process within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Use the Service Now ticketing system to track, manage and resolve scheduling request tickets
- Support other recruiting-related administrative tasks as necessary
- Support recruiting events such as networking happy hours, sourcing jams, recruiting offsite events, batch day interviews, etc.
- Provide knowledge and training on operational processes and applications as it relates to the scheduling and operations of the Recruiting team
- Perform operational tasks as needed, such as the formatting and auditing of job descriptions
Job Designation
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.
Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.
What You Bring
Basic
- BA/BS or AA degree or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of professional work experience
Preferred
- Previous experience scheduling interviews, calendar management or complex meeting planning
- Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred) or ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)
- Ability to provide exceptional, consistent customer service to internal and external clients
- Strong communicator, comfortable with interacting internally across all levels of the business
- Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Google Products (GCal, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Adaptable to changing situations and priorities
