Your missions

We are looking for candidates with Technical ,Tech ,IT Recruiters identify, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions. And also review, and present resumes to hiring managers for consideration. Highlight skills like conducting intake sessions with hiring managers and building a strong rapport to gather technical and cultural requirements for tech positions, and extending offers to and guiding new hires through the on-boarding process.

IT ,Tech recruiter Associate / Senior Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to applicant closure.
  • Approached, intrigued, engaged, and closed passive talent using compelling narratives, uncovering unmet needs/goals/aspirations, rapport building, and excellent salesmanship.
  • Screened qualified applicants for computer science fundamentals, domain experience, relevant production experience, tech stack (languages/libraries/tools/etc), as well as communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Successfully identified and recruited software engineers with different specialties including: UI, business logic/application tier, full stack, platform (distributed systems/web services/REST APIs), infrastructure, and SDET/QA engineers.
  • Performed intake calls to understand company needs, and performed searches on behalf of clients using the Vertical Move database, LinkedIn, job postings, and working with existing and past candidates to generate referrals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in IT / Tech recruitment field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and teamwork player.
  • Energetic, well organized and result oriented.
  • High analytical and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English
  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure within deadline
  • Microsoft skills
