Job Type: Freelance (Commission-Based only- No Base Salary)

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Multilingual Recruitment Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in volume multilingual recruitment. The ideal candidate should be adept in sourcing candidates for customer support, technical support, and sales positions, particularly across Dutch language market. You will operate as an independent contractor, receiving a competitive commission based for each successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sourcing and screening of qualified candidates across diverse European markets.
  • Focus on roles requiring Dutch Language for customer and technical support, as well as sales.
  • Achieve a target of at least three successful placements per month.
  • Utilize your personal sourcing tools and expertise in social media platforms to identify and engage candidates.
  • Promote job opportunities and expertly match candidates with client needs.
  • Maintain an updated and robust candidate pipeline through proactive networking.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in volume recruitment with a specialization in multilingual roles.
  • Registered as a freelancer or consultant, enabling flexible contractual employment.
  • Proficient in English and highly preferred proficiency in Dutch language
  • Extensive knowledge of the Dutch recruitment market and familiarity with industry-specific platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to meet or exceed recruitment targets within a commission-based framework.
