Software Developer (C# and Javascript)

Our client is a small Sydney-based ERP solutions provider. They specialise in configuring and delivering online business systems to suit individual businesses.

They are now looking to hire a Software Developer who has a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a passion for building scalable web applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and contribute to the team’s success.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, C#, and ASP.NET.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Backbone.js, Bootstrap 5, jQuery highly desirable.
• Experience with source control systems (e.g. TFS, Git).
• Strong understanding of database design and management, preferably with SQL Server.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
