Key responsabilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via email and communication tools
- Assist clients with booking, cancellation, and rescheduling appointments
- Support service providers with scheduling and session updates
- Manage documentation of client interactions within Medexa
- Submit weekly reports on inquiries to management
