Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Swedish and English
  • Provide detailed information about products and services while assisting customers
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality
  • Stay informed about company policies and product offerings to assist customers effectively

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
