Responsibilities

Provide top-notch customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and educate clients about telecommunications products and services.
Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system for quality assurance purposes.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
