Job description

We are looking for a Junior Sales Analyst to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will support the department by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and assisting with various sales-related activities. This position will report to the Sales Team Lead and work closely with the sales team to drive decision-making and optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the sales team.
  • Assist in forecasting sales trends and setting sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate reporting of sales metrics.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales processes and strategies.
  • Assist in developing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and data analysis.
  • High attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not required).
