We are looking for a Sales Sr. Manager LATAM to join the team and lead the expansion into new countries and industries.

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies, leading teams across multiple countries, and a strong background in the payments and fraud prevention industry within the region.

We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills, experience in identifying market opportunities, and an outstanding ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales teams in each country.
  • Coordinate with various sales teams for effective prospecting and the creation of channels that increase business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for multiple LATAM countries, primarily Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, and Chile.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for payment and fraud prevention products.
  • Work closely with technical and operational teams to align solutions with customer needs.


Requirements:

  • Between 5 and 10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the fraud prevention and payments sector.
  • Proven track record in leading and closing deals with large enterprises in LATAM.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex sales processes.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and advanced payment technologies.
  • Experience in managing teams and expanding markets.
  • Graduates in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
