- lities:Performs in-field orientation of business development team members, collaborating with the business development (BD) training team and leadership to deliver a seamless integration process for li
- aisons.Crafts and conducts customized field training programs, fostering best practices and continuous learning among BD li
- aisons.Generates real time coaching documentation, offering immediate guidance and actionable fe
- edback.Works closely with the BD training team to synthesize field insights into innovative learning sol
- utions.Provides BD leadership with coaching feedback to aid in the ongoing development of li
- aisons.Implements a dynamic learning model that emphasizes knowledge acquisition, retention and timely refr
- eshers.Maintains a current knowledge of industry trends, regulatory updates and advancements in hospice care, adapting training content accor
- dingly.Completes administrative tasks and expense reports in a timely

Qualifi
- cations:Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, education, business or related field; in lieu of degree requirement, three years of relevant experience may be subs
- tituted.Three years of experience in hospice sales and business deve
- lopment.One year of experience in training and/or c
oaching.
- PreferredMaster’s degree in healthcare, education, business or relat
- ed field.Five years' experience in hospice sales and business dev
