TFS HealthSciences, a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO), invites you to join as an Associate Director of Business Development for Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company where you’ll play a key role in business development and client retention.

As part of our Strategic Resourcing Division (SRS), you will focus on resourcing consultancy services and FSP Solutions. Your contributions will be instrumental to the company’s ongoing success as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities

As Associate Director of Business Development, you will execute business development strategies for Switzerland. You will work closely with the global team and collaborate cross-functionally to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. This position offers a dynamic blend of relationship management, strategic planning, and business expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Continuously identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Swiss market
  • Developing and implementing business development plans to drive growth, increase revenue, and achieve sales targets in Switzerland.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client expectations and business goals.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify untapped opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the clinical or life sciences sectors.
  • A relevant academic degree.
  • Knowledge of the CRO industry is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in both English and German is required; French or Italian is a plus.

This role involves independent work with a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively plan and execute tasks. You should enjoy networking and possess strong communication skills, thriving in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
