Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through warm sales calls utilizing our extensive membership database, eliminating the need for cold calling.
  • Evaluate members’ financial needs and articulate the advantages of our supplemental insurance products.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service, ensuring that members feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their insurance decisions.
  • Assist clients through the application process by providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and offering continuous support.
  • Provide ongoing post-policy service, including conducting policy reviews, updating beneficiaries, and assisting with claims.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory standards and ethical practices during all client interactions.
