Job Overview

As an Assistant General Manager, you will take the lead in a dynamic retail setting dedicated to serving veterans and their families. This pivotal position involves supervising operations, ensuring exemplary customer service, and contributing positively to the community.

Key Responsibilities

Foster exceptional customer service, guaranteeing a welcoming atmosphere for every patron.
Set a standard by maintaining high levels of food quality, cleanliness, and product availability.
Oversee the daily operations of cafes, retail outlets, and coffee shops within a VA Medical Center.
Formulate strategies to enhance sales while managing budgets efficiently.

Required Skills
