Join us as a Sales Representative Advanced Wound Care (AWC) in Emilia Romagna, and you’ll do the same.


 

About the role:

The Sales Representative will be tasked with driving sales growth in the designated territory, utilizing commercial initiatives, fostering connections with clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). To meet the set goals, they will have the backing of a diverse product range and knowledgeable team members.

About you:

  • You have excellent communication skills

  • You are open to change and continuous improvement, perseverant, positive and bring dynamism and ethics to the team

  • You have a university degree, preferably in Economic or Scientific fields

  • You have previous experience in selling pharmaceutical or medical device products

  • You have a proven track record of success in your previous professional activities

  • You have a strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong propensity for sale

  • You are highly motivated and have a committed personality

  • You understand how to convince your interlocutors with your winning and dynamic manner as well as your scientific consulting competence to inspire your interlocutors for Convatec products

  • You can establish long-term, successful customer relationships 

  • You are familiar with modern sales techniques and are driven by the desire for success

  • You have great analytical skills and are proficient in the use of MS-Office 

  • You hold a valid driver’s license

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the ConvaTec area sales with products of Advanced Wound Care

  • You will be developing sales through commercial activities, relationship building with customers and key opinion leaders and monitoring tenders

  • You constantly increase Convatec market share in the assigned territory

  • You advise the customers (nurses and Health Care Professionals, HCP’s) on all technical questions related to wound management and care

  • You manage the regional potential clinical and non-clinical customers as key accounts

  • You efficiently plan visits of the existing customer base and identify new customers

  • You observe the market situation and the key performance indicators in the area and use these insights to carry out independent analyses of the market

  • You conduct customer training and events and organize products medical meetings

  • You develop and maintain action plans (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) by analyzing the territory performance to identify the needs and consequently implement actions to achieve sales goals

  • You demonstrate the ability to plan and organize time effectively

  • Compliance with all regulatory, clinical and industry guidelines

    Travel Requirements       

    • Frequent travels in the assigned territory and to attend National company initiatives and events.

    Language Skills Required

    • Italian: Mother tongue

    • English Fluent: (Speaking/Writing/Reading) will be highly valuated.
