Native or fluent in Italian and English (B2 level or higher), Prior customer service experience, preferably in travel or hospitality, Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre or Amadeus, Proficient with tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce, Legal right to live and work in the UK.
