B2B Travel Agent with Italian Language Skills!

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated B2B Travel Agent who is proficient in Italian to join our team. Enhance your career while assisting clients with seamless corporate travel arrangements, ensuring an outstanding level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-quality, personalized support to travelers.
  • Address various travel and technical issues, from routine platform questions to urgent, last-minute travel emergencies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates to offer exceptional service and contribute to the company's success.
  • Build strong relationships across international teams.
  • Offer feedback to the product and engineering teams to drive product improvements.
  • Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
  • Native or fluent in Italian (spoken and written) and fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hotel industry.
  • Essential experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Worldspan.
  • Results-driven, using metrics as a performance motivator.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of delivering personalized written and verbal interactions.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives on feedback and teamwork.
  • Proficient with tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and proprietary travel service platforms.
  • Flexible availability for non-traditional shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK.
  • Schedule: Rotating shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM, Monday to Sunday.
