SHIFT HOURS: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
SHIFT DAYS: Monday thru Friday

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales representatives. You will also have the opportunity to close deals directly with qualified leads. Generous bonus structure for qualified leads and sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through outbound cold calls using provided scripts and techniques.
  • Qualify leads by asking insightful questions and determining their needs and interest in our products/services.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and our sales representatives using a CRM system.
  • Close sales deals for qualified leads as needed, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and securing customer commitment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions within the CRM system.
  • Learn and adhere to company scripts and communication protocols.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar role. Sales experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (US-based accent preferred).
    • Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
    • Proficient in computer software, including email, CRM systems, and internet browsing.
    • A strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to follow lead nurturing processes.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
