About the team
You’ll be joining a diverse and cohesive research team of 8 product researchers.  
Together with another 2 fellow product researchers you’ll be shaping the research roadmap of the Customised Experiences Stream, focusing on exciting categories like Jobs, Services and temporary innovation-driven domains.
Reporting to the Product Research Manager, you have the ability to autonomously manage end-to-end research projects centered around clearly defined problem areas that drive impact on multiple levels.

What you will be doing:
  • You will plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability studies, interviews, surveys, focus groups, diaries, cart sorting, tree testing, desk research and understands when to apply each one.
  • Analyze research data to provide crisp actionable insights and recommendations, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities.
  • Use multiple frameworks such as Design Thinking, Customer Journey, Design Sprint, Jobs To Be Done, Continuous Interviewing/Discovery to engage the product stakeholders
  • Work with experienced and diverse teams (designers, product managers, analysts) to integrate research findings into product designs and roadmaps.
  • Communicate research findings to stakeholders through written reports, engaging presentations, and workshops.
  • Advocate for the user's perspective in product development and ensure that user experience is a primary consideration in design decisions.
  • Understand KPIs and OKRs, and facilitate workshops and discussions with product teams to co-create and contribute to strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, research methodologies, and best practices to refine and improve the research process.

  • What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product research or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and user research tools (ie. Maze )
  • You are amazing at getting others to understand the value of your research and are not shy about presenting your findings
  • You get others to understand the point of the research and what actions can be taken.
  • You have an amazing capacity to navigate and solve intricate problems
  • You can own projects while amplifying the team's overall impact
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their possible effects for UX design.
