Your Responsibilities

  • Independently managing recruitment processes for various positions – from the first contact with candidates to onboarding.
  • Working closely with Hiring Managers and supporting them in defining ideal candidate profiles.
  • Creating recruitment strategies that will help us attract the best specialists on the market.
  • Ensuring that every step of the recruitment process is tailored and well-organized.

What We Expect

  • At least 4 years of experience in recruiting for specialist and managerial positions (experience in fintech is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills –we are looking for someone who will be an ambassador of our company's culture.
  • A creative approach to recruitment – we need someone who doesn’t follow a template.
  • Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and the ability to use social media for sourcing candidates.
  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher) – we work in an international environment.
