  • Log customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and share insights.
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and enhance product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to management for process improvements and heightened customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
