*The role is restricted to those physically located in Europe; while this is a remote position, we cannot consider candidates not based in such a region. Preference will be given to candidates based in Malta.


The Role:


At Raketech, we are always looking to expand our business by improving what we do today (#KAIZEN) and partnering with the right people in the industry. As a Corporate Development Manager at Raketech, you will support the successful implementation and conclusion of core projects across the organization and develop new strategic business opportunities worldwide.

You will be an extension of our Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer.


As Corporate Development Manager, you are expected to:

  • Support Department Leadership in strategic planning and execution. This ranges from strategic reviews of product areas to driving large-scale strategic projects.
  • Support the management team in identifying potential acquisition targets globally. Analyse potential targets based on size, profitability, and business alignment and manage the scouting process.
  • Act as a project manager for day-to-day M&A execution activities.

Success in this role means:

  • Identifying areas of growth and preparing decision ready execution plans.
  • Support management in strategic decisions on buy versus build for Affiliate Marketing products and our Affiliation Cloud business.
  • Being a decision-maker about operational details by combining a comprehensive vision with a detail-oriented approach.
