What You Will Do:
● Responsible for all functions of the HR processes and supporting all HR activities,
● Organizing interviews and following up recruitment process,
● Strong willing for HR business operations,
● Organizing and performing all on-boarding process for new employees,
● Implementing training and development plans,
● Being responsible for employees HR files & updating org charts/personnel list,
● Develop effective relationships with internal customers,
● Performing the exit process according to internal standards and in line with the legislation,
● Establish and update HR procedures,
● Support the social activities

Qualifications:
● Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
● Fluency in both written and spoken English,
● Having at least min. 2-3 years experience in the technology companies,
● Good problem-solving and attention to detail,
● Ability to work in a multi-tasked & fast-paced environment,
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
