Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process (From sourcing to offers), including client management and interviewing, for assigned accounts.
  • Work closely with clients from US and UK.
  • Take care of warm and cold sourcing across our internal talent pools and the global network, with a focus on LATAM.
  • Conduct efficient interviews with candidates to further assess their qualifications and suitability for our open roles.
  • Ensure candidates are adequately prepared for interviews, assignments, and presentations.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Propose process improvements and add value to the team.
  • Learn about specific roles such as Marketing and Creative areas, becoming an expert in quickly identifying top talent.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in international recruitment.
  • Ability to manage a variety of accounts and different roles at the same time independently.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • You'll need strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively. As you juggle numerous important projects, it's vital to push them forward quickly while ensuring no details are overlooked, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and thoroughness throughout.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Experience recruiting for marketing roles is desired but not a must!
  • Experience in client-facing or working directly with different stakeholders or hiring managers is preferred.
