Responsibilities

Provide expert technical assistance to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and services efficiently and effectively.
Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system for clarity and future reference.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills.
Contribute to improving support processes and customer experience through feedback and suggestions.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.
