You'll be responsible for
- Premium, Claims and Expense analysis and steering including deep dives into underlying drivers. Prepare impactful presentations to concisely communicate outcomes of analysis and trends in a manner digestible for Finance and Non-Finance audiences.
- Support and contribute to the annual planning process and drive development of continuous forecasting capabilities.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and streamlining of tasks.
- Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to challenge and steer the business and support strategic decision making.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or relevant discipline. Relevant accreditations, for example CA / CPA, advantageous.
- Finance experience within the General Insurance industry and a demonstrated understanding of its key drivers.
- Ability to analyse complex information, identify errors or inconsistencies, extract meaningful insights, and create impactful presentations.
- Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships.
