As a dynamic and remote employer in the B2B SaaS space, we believe in unleashing your potential no matter where you are. Position Overview

We’re searching for a Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between technical know-how and customer success. You’ll be the technical expert in the sales process, partnering with Account Executives to manage technical requirements and overcome objections. If you enjoy problem-solving and are passionate about presenting tailored solutions, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical expertise throughout the sales process. Assist prospects in understanding how Leap can improve their business efficiency and profitability.
  • Custom Product Demos: Develop and deliver compelling, personalized product demonstrations to showcase the value and ROI of Leap’s solutions.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Address and overcome technical challenges raised by prospects, using your in-depth product knowledge.
  • Lead Technical Discussions: Take the lead in addressing security, privacy, and integration requirements during sales cycles. Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their unique tech stacks and how Leap fits in.
  • Data Migrations and Integrations: Guide enterprise customers through the data migration process, helping them integrate Leap with their existing systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Stay updated on product developments and new releases to confidently demonstrate our latest features. Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions.
  • Enhance Sales Strategy: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine our approach and positioning based on real-world customer needs and feedback.
  • Event Participation: Represent Leap at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase the platform’s value to potential customers.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solution Engineering, or similar role within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering tailored product demonstrations and overcoming technical objections in a customer-facing role.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, and data migration processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills—comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
  • Experience in the Roofing, Windows, or Home Remodeling industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
