Currently we are looking for Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst to be a technical point of contact for Workday support and to partner with HR to recommend and implement business processes and existing system configuration improvements. In this role you will analyze processes and recommend ways to improve data integrity, user experience, process excellence, and/or recordkeeping requirements. Although primarily areas of focus will be Talent Acquisition, support will be needed in other Workday areas of interest and need, such as ensuring compliance with all internal procedures while safeguarding employee information, and assisting with upgrades, updates, and implementations.
In this remote role you will be reporting to HRIS Manager, and closely collaborating with teams worldwide due to the global nature of Littelfuse.
About the job:
Serve as a Workday expert supporting various domains (Talent Acquisition, Reports, HCM) as well as the day-to-day administration of Workday
Perform moderately complex system configuration including calculated fields and condition rules
Partner with HR and other stakeholders to create, maintain, and improve system configuration, business processes, and reports/ analytics
Lead talent acquisition project support, enhancements, maintenance, and other recurring and/or cyclical needs
Provide exceptional customer service when resolving stakeholder requests and concerns
Follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure configuration changes are functioning as intended and in compliance; perform data and configuration audits to validate data and process flow integrity
Create and maintain user guides, procedures, and other helpful tools to improve associate and manager self-service
Perform Workday Release testing and improvements
Train HR leads and other stakeholders to improve Workday adoption and data quality
About you:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of Workday configuration experience
Confidence in Workday Calculated Fields and Condition Rules
Knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Reporting, Business Processes, Security, and ElBs
Knowledge of Workday Talent Acquisition preferred
Knowledge of HR processes and terminology
High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language
Strong customer orientation and sense of urgency in accomplishing time-sensitive tasks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple priorities
