The Senior Manager - Integration Services will be responsible for overseeing the integration and data processing of X12 files in and out of the organization, as well as other types of system-to-system integrations.

This role...

  • Leads and manages the integration services team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of X12 files for healthcare data and other types of custom system-to-system integrations.
  • Develops and implements strategies for seamless integration of X12 data and other data formats with internal and external systems.
  • Designs, creates, and maintains integration solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and design solutions.
  • Oversees the development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions.
  • Monitors and troubleshoots integration processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and contractual service level agreements.
  • Ensures successful scheduling and delivery of data exchanges.
  • Provides technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stays updated with the latest EDI standards and best practices.
  • Manages relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure successful data exchanges.
  • Prepares and presents reports on integration performance and project status to senior management.
  • Determines appropriate resourcing of staff in order to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Builds an effective leadership team through mentoring and formal education that focuses on management and project management principles.
  • Defines annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
  • Manages and mentors employees and/or managers on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategies.
  • Manages and coaches employees and/or managers on all human resource related processes including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, selection, terminations, compensation and rewards.
  • Recognizes others’ contributions and share credit for success.
  • Owns attainment of high employee satisfaction and retention; lead development of program and initiatives within group to attain high employee satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manages budget as assigned; analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions to maximize operational performance.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Eight (8) plus years of experience in integration services, with a focus on X12 data processing.
  • Three (3) plus years' leadership responsibility
  • Experience with one or more mapping/ETL tools (e.g., RedPoint Data Management, Alteryx, Data Stage, Dataflux, Informatica, SSIS, Sterling Integrator)
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Strong knowledge of EDI standards, particularly X12 for healthcare data.
  • Ability to manage complex integration projects.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead technical teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industries.

Salary: $140,000 - $192,500

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
