Your missions

Worth AI is looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Junior Implementation & Pre-sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our innovative AI technology and our clients’ needs within the FinTech sector. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation of our solutions and supporting the pre-sales process by providing valuable technical insights and demonstrations.

As a Junior Implementation & Pre-sales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to implementation. You will help showcase the unique features and benefits of our AI platform and provide customers with all the support they need to maximize their investment in our technology.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and providing technical support during the pre-sales phase.
  • Help create and deliver product demonstrations tailored to specific business needs.
  • Support the implementation process for newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical questions and provide product insights.
  • Conduct customer training sessions and support materials to facilitate the adoption of our solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team for ongoing enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in FinTech and AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Some experience or internships in a technical role, preferably in software implementation or pre-sales.
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the FinTech industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with implementation processes, software development, or project management is a plus.
