QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Mid-Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation testing, has experience in Python, and is familiar with performance and load testing tools, preferably Locust. Our focus is on delivering a high-quality real estate application, and you will play a critical role in ensuring its stability and performance.

Responsibilities :

• Automate test scenarios based on manual test cases for our SaaS platform.
• Collaborate closely with the manual QA team, offering support and guidance in running and executing scripts.
• Mentor junior automation engineers, guiding them through best practices and technical challenges.
• Take the initiative in improving existing automation processes and the quality of automation code.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met across the team.
• Work with tools like JIRA, TeamCity, and participate in Scrum and Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery.
• Support performance and load testing efforts, with a focus on Locust for load testing, and help ensure the application performs well under pressure.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in QA Automation, with a strong understanding of Python and related testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with performance/load testing tools, especially Locust (or similar tools like JMeter).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Scrum, Agile, and CI/CD tools like TeamCity.
• Basic understanding of Laravel, PHP, and SQL is a plus.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and provide support to manual QA when needed.
