DEINE ROLLE

  • Dein Kundenstamm, dein Gebiet: Übernimm die volle Verantwortung für deinen festen Kundenstamm in den Postleitzahlen 55, 64, 66, 67, 68, 69, 74, 75, 76 (Rheinland-Pfalz, Saarland, nördliches Baden-Württemberg, südliches Hessen). Du bist der Schlüssel zum Erfolg in dieser Region!
  • Nachhaltiges Wachstum: Entwickle und führe einen Wachstumsplan aus, um neue Kunden in den Vertriebskanälen DIY/Baumarkt, Gartencenter, Fachhandel und Fachgroßhandel zu gewinnen sowie bestehende Beziehungen zu stärken.
  • Kundenakquise und Management: Akquiriere neue Kunden und manage bestehende, um langfristiges Wachstum zu sichern. Erarbeite innovative Category Marketing- und Trade Marketing-Konzepte gemeinsam mit den Kollegen aus dem Marketing.
  • Strategische Abstimmung: Arbeite eng mit dem Außendienstleiter D-A-CH Nord und den Key Account Managern in Deutschland zusammen, um die Vertriebsstrategie zu optimieren.
  • Berichterstattung: Erstelle monatliche Vertriebsreports, Prognosen und Analysen, um den Überblick über die Absatzchancen und die Entwicklung deiner Region zu behalten.

  • Erfolgsgeschichte: Deine bisherigen Erfolge beruhen maßgeblich auf der Kundengewinnung durch innovative Category- und Trade Marketing-Konzepte.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du bist ein zielorientierter Netzwerker mit Hands-on-Mentalität, verlässlich, belastbar und hast einen ausgeprägten Willen zum Erfolg.
  • Mobilität: Führerschein Klasse B und hohe Reisebereitschaft.
