Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team at Aesthetix CRM. This individual will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and improving marketing automation solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, with a particular focus on developing custom automations, integrating EMR systems via tools like Zapier, and supporting the unique automation needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a product expert in the custom automation tools available within Aesthetix CRM.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing automation needs and develop solutions that meet their goals.
  • Support the integration of CRM with EMR systems and other third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier) to streamline operations.
  • Build, test, and maintain marketing automation workflows, ensuring their efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues related to automation.
  • Provide technical support for custom marketing automation and CRM-related queries.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and sales teams to ensure clients receive the best possible outcomes from their marketing automation efforts.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in marketing automation and CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of integration tools like Zapier and other APIs.
  • Familiarity with database management and segmentation strategies for marketing automation.
  • Technical proficiency in building automation workflows, data mapping, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the aesthetics, healthcare, or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
