#About the gig

The Curriculum Offer Manager is a key role that requires a strong technical background to manage a pool of expert talent and coordinate the deployment of educational bootcamps and courses. This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and demands hands-on technical expertise to ensure the effective delivery and quality of educational content, as well as the implementation of necessary technical modifications. 

The Curriculum Offer Manager collaborates closely with stakeholders from both the B2B and B2C teams to develop and refine tailored education curriculums for client proposals and consumer offers.


#Responsibilities

  • Conduct external and internal meetings with stakeholders to establish next steps for educational initiatives and proposals.
  • Interview and validate subject matter experts to maintain a robust expert talent pool.
  • Manage the onboarding and coordination of multiple subject matter experts, ensuring timely follow-up on educational deliverables and quality assurance.
  • Given the technical background, the Curriculum Offer Manager may need to work on technical tasks such us:
    • Technical Content Validation: The Curriculum Offer Manager reviews and validates technical content produced by subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring accuracy and relevance. The role involves understanding technical aspects to provide informed feedback and validation.
    • Script Management: Responsible for running, modifying, and managing scripts essential to the curriculum development process.
    • Version Control and Code Management: The Curriculum Offer Manager performs all activities related to version control and collaborates with SMEs to implement technical changes that align with project goals.
    • Technical Troubleshooting: Addresses technical issues that arise during the development and deployment of educational content, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with the B2B and B2C teams to develop and refine education curriculums included in client proposals and consumer offers.
  • Ensure the timely deployment of bootcamps, making sure all educational materials are prepared and accessible to students.
  • Work on ad hoc requests to support the B2B and B2C teams when a Subject Matter Expert is not needed
  • Monitor the progress of multiple projects and bootcamps, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Foster strong relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.


#Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Data Analysis and strong knowledge of Data Science.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Python, Git, GitHub, Pandas, SQL, APIs, Web Scraping, Tableau, Machine Learning libraries (Scikit Learn), Large Language Models (LLMs), Cloud Computing platforms and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Proven experience in managing educational programs or similar technical projects.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities.



#Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the education or training industry, particularly in technical or STEM fields.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and educational technologies.
  • Experience with technical project management or coordinating technical modifications.
