Your missions

Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote)
Location: South Africa (Remote, USA-based company)
Working Hours: 3 PM 11 PM SA Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the CEO
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and managing spreadsheets
  • Manage and organize documents using Excel and other tools
  • Assist with scheduling, email management, and other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Must reside in South Africa
  • 4+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, preferably with a CEO or director
