We're HIRING NOW for a SOX Advisor!

Location: Remote, USA

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct and lead audit fieldwork using appropriate auditing methods
  • Review and provide feedback of peers’ work and performance
  • Provide verbal and written report to our operations team’s that will identify and monitor business opportunities
  • Understands Lithia’s operating structure and accounting system, and provides feedback for process improvements
  • Remain current and increase knowledge in the areas of auditing, accounting, business, fraud monitoring, and industry trends, and assists in the development of programs and protocols
  • Work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of the Internal Audit team
  • Work closely with our external auditors in their quarterly and annual audits
  • Oversee audit procedures for store and remote work paper completion
  • Coordinate the efficient execution of audit programs, including the delegation of duties
  • Assists training new associates and interns
  • Participates in the interview process of new team members
  • Other duties as assigned, increasing in scope and responsibility

What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • BS/BA degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university
  • CPA/CIA/CFE candidate

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
