Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical assistance to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the company's products and services efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and refine customer support skills.
  • Offer valuable feedback to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or IT is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
