Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical assistance to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the company's products and services efficiently.
Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and refine customer support skills.
Offer valuable feedback to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as required.

Requirements

Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in technical support or IT is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
Team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural environment.
