About the Role:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to step into a Senior Recruitment Consultant position, specializing in the sales recruitment sector. Based in the heart of Sydneys CBD, this role will see you building and developing a desk focused on recruiting top sales talent across various industries. You will be working closely with a dedicated Sales & Marketing team that will provide the necessary tools and resources to maximize your reach in the market, along with tapping into a well-established client base through existing Preferred Supplier Agreements (PSAs).

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to delivering top-tier talent to clients. This will involve cultivating strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and businesses, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both sides. Experience in sales recruitment is highly desirable, as you will be working within this niche to identify, attract, and place candidates into roles that match both their aspirations and the needs of your clients.
